Shutter Moment

Hello, My name is Allan Schroeder, and I was asked by William to be a regular guest contributor to the Shutter Moment blog. I have a strong background in photography and journalism, and until the end of last year, worked as a professional photographer. I have photographed on 5 or the world’s 7 continents, and represented Getty Images, Wire Image, The Canadian Press, and the AFP. My images have appeared in Newspapers, Magazines, Books, and as artwork for private clients. I am a hardcore Nikon user, and I have pretty much owned, used or borrowed almost every modern lens and body they have produced since 1984.
